概述

 CS41H自由浮球式疏水阀是国内近年来进蒸汽的疏水阀之一。尤其对压力低、排水量低和温度稳定性要求高，能将蒸汽管网及供热设备中的凝结水及时排出，并阻止蒸汽泄漏。由于浮球精度高，能确何疏水阀的密封性能，整个球面都可为密封面，使用寿命很长。广泛用于化工、石油、电站、造纸、等工矿企业加热设备系统。

工作原理

    CS41H自由浮球式蒸汽水阀根据浮力的原理，内部只有一个精细硬度的不锈钢空心浮球，既是浮子又是启闭件，无易损零件，使用寿命很长。装置刚起动时，管道内出现空气和低温冷凝水，手动排空气能迅速排除不凝结气体，疏水阀开始进入工作状态，低温冷凝水流进疏水阀，凝结水的液位上升，浮球上升，开启阀门。装置很快提升温度，管道内温度上升到饱和温度之前，自动排空气已经关闭；装置进入正常运行状况，凝结水减少，液位下降，浮球随液位升降调节阀孔流量；当凝结水停止进入时，浮球随介质流向逼近阀座，关闭阀门。使阀体内的浮球随水位变化作升降运动，以达到阀门启闭，即排水阴汽的作用。自由浮球式蒸汽疏水阀的阀座总处于液位以下，开成水封，无蒸汽泄漏。
