氧化铝耐磨陶瓷贴片胶应用领域/ Applications:

广泛应用于各种耐磨陶瓷片与金属的粘接，如火电厂的输煤、制粉、排灰、除尘系统及冶炼钢铁厂的输料、配料系统，料斗、料仓、耐磨管道、弯头、球磨机等。

Widely used the wear-resistant ceramic tile and metal sheet bonding,for example coal conveying, pulverization, ash discharge, dust elimination system of power plant, materials conveying, batching system,hopper,chute,wear-resistant pipe,elbow,grinding mill of metallurgical plant.

氧化铝耐磨陶瓷贴片胶使用方法/Instructions for use:

1. 1.       将被粘表面除去油污、灰尘、锈迹，打磨粗化，用丙酮、乙酸乙酯等清洗剂清洗干净并干燥。

2. 2.       A、B组份按规定的重量比配胶，搅拌均匀使颜色一致，调匀后涂于已处理好的待粘表面，然后将两接触面合拢并施加接触压力，8～10小时可基本达到结构强度，可以使用和移动。

3. 3.       此胶混合后，在25℃条件下，有半小时左右的适用期。

4. 4.       每次配胶不宜过多，配胶后应尽快用完。胶液凝胶时间也与温度有关，温度越高，凝胶越快。

5. 5.       避免接触皮肤，眼睛，不慎粘附在皮肤上，可用酒精或肥皂清洗，再用清水清洗洗干净。如不慎误入眼中，应立即用清水清洗后就医。

1.Remove oil, dirt, rust and polishing rough for the bonding surfaces, Using acetone, ethyl acetate and other cleaning agent to make it clean and dry.

2.Mixing  part A and part B thoroughly according to the regulated ratio till the uniform color achieve, mixed thoroughly and coated on the processed surfaces to be sticky, then put the two contact surfaces together and the contact pressure applied, 8 ~ 10 hours to reach the structure strength, the bonded objects can be used and moved.

3.    Room temperature 25℃ ,after mixed the glue should be used within 30minutes

4.Each time mixed suitable quantity glue, adhesive should be used up as quickly as possible. Glue gel time is related to the temperature, the higher the temperature, the faster the glue gel.

5.    Avoid contact with skin, eyes,accidentallyadhered to the skin, use alcohol or washing soap rinse clean. Accidentally strayed into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water ,then see the doctor.
