CSG-A型洁净蒸汽发生器，选用优不锈钢制成，由工业蒸汽进汽管、原料水泵、蒸发器、预热器加分离系统组成，严格按国际药典和CGMP-FDA的标准进行设计和制造，该设备可以满足EN285或符合3A Accepted Practice Number 609-00对于烹饪用蒸汽的生产要求，符合美国农业部对联邦监督的肉类和禽类加工厂的使用要求。广泛应用于医药、医院、科研、乳品、啤酒、饮料、生物发酵、香料等行业。 

洁净蒸汽发生器通过工业蒸汽来加热脱矿水，产生一定压力的洁净蒸汽。 

在加热过程中，通过汽水分离器来分离掉工业蒸汽中的水分，防止产生水锤，提高传热效率。 

通过压力传感器来控制蒸汽加热量，由于采用PID控制，洁净蒸汽压力稳定可靠。

通过自动排污控制系统，确保发生器内的水质。

 蒸汽发生器内液位通过液位计来控制。

The CSG-A clean steam generator is made of high-quality stainless steel and consists of an industrial steam inlet pipe, a raw water pump, an evaporator, a preheater, and a separation system. It is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the standards of the International Pharmacopoeia and CGMP-FDA. This equipment can meet the production requirements of EN285 or 3A Accepted Practice Number 609-00 for cooking steam, and meets the usage requirements of the US Department of Agriculture for federally supervised meat and poultry processing plants. Widely used in industries such as medicine, hospitals, scientific research, dairy products, beer, beverages, biological fermentation, spices, etc.

A clean steam generator uses industrial steam to heat demineralized water and generate clean steam at a certain pressure.

During the heating process, the moisture in the industrial steam is separated by a steam water separator to prevent water hammer and improve heat transfer efficiency.

By using pressure sensors to control the amount of steam heating, the use of PID control ensures stable and reliable pressure of clean steam.

Ensure the water quality inside the generator through an automatic sewage control system.

The liquid level inside the steam generator is controlled by a level gauge.
